1. What is your cancellation policy for small group coaching subscriptions?

Your small group coaching subscription is billed monthly and provides access to live group sessions, resources, and ongoing support. Because space is limited and content is delivered consistently, all payments are non-refundable, including for missed sessions.

How to cancel your subscription in Teachable:

  1. Log into your account on the [Program Portal]
  2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner)
  3. Select "Manage Subscriptions" or go to Settings > Billing > Manage
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the coaching program
  5. Confirm the cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Live sessions are recorded (when permitted), and replays are made available to active subscribers. While rescheduling is not applicable for group sessions, we do our best to ensure flexible access to materials and support.


2. Can I share my group coaching sessions with a colleague or friend?

No. Coaching sessions are customized and confidential, and intended for the VIP group who booked the session. Sharing your group session, recording, or any content discussed without permission is not allowed.


3. Will I receive a recording or notes from our session?

If you’d like the session recorded for personal use, I can provide a replay for a small additional fee ($25). Otherwise, you’re encouraged to take notes during the session. In select mentorship packages, I may provide summaries or action steps afterward.


4. Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes, absolutely. All coaching sessions are held in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space. Your personal information and anything shared during our time together will never be disclosed without your consent.


5. What happens if I’m late to my session?

If you’re late, we’ll still honor the remaining time, but sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments. If you miss the session entirely without notice, it may be marked as used.


6. What kinds of topics can I bring to a coaching session?

You’re welcome to bring any topic related to:

  • Client case consultation
  • Confidence in communication and language
  • Boundaries and mindset
  • Business or niche strategy
  • Embodiment and emotional regulation as a coach
    If you’re unsure, just share your intention and I’ll help guide the session from there.

7. Can I use what I learn in our sessions with my own clients?

Yes, the tools, perspectives, and strategies shared in our sessions are meant to support your growth as a coach and professional. However, materials, frameworks, and language I’ve developed may not be reproduced, taught, or shared publicly without prior written permission.


8. What if I want more ongoing support?

I offer single sessions as well as mentorship packages for deeper guidance over time. If you’re feeling called to explore ongoing coaching or a more structured container, just let me know and I can recommend the best next step.


9. How do I prepare for my session?

After booking, you’ll receive an intake form to help you clarify what you'd like support with. Come to the session with an open mind, a quiet space, and any specific notes or questions you’d like to explore. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Once you complete your coaching purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions and a scheduling link to book your session at a time that works best for you. If you don’t receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
